* Responsible for a Cluster of branches (5 to 7 branches) and optimize asset – liability mix at the Cluster level.
* Responsible for achieving Cluster targets.
* Managing a team of Managers – Recovery / Assets / Liability at cluster level to regulate funds and minimize over dues and NPAs.
* Accountable to minimize NPAs through quality management for the Cluster, skill development, recognition, rewards, and feedback.
